Our Level 1 digital photography session is first a basic element to make your real estate marketing project successful.  This plan is applicable for your local MLS, print or internet advertisement, flyers, post card announcements, etc… We will provide you real estate photographs that will assist you in producing successful sales.

 

Level 1 Thirty Minute session includes the following:

 

• On-Site Consultation with Photographer
  & Agent (and home owner as necessary)

• Raw image format photography to capture
  the full color & beauty of the location.

• 15 Interior & Exterior shots (i.e., Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Living Room, Fireplace,

• Full Array of Canon SLR Photographic
  Equipment to photograph the property.

• High Resolution images (1200x1800 ppi)

• Basic digital imaging editing (cropping, color adjustment, leveling, brightness/contrast adjustments, etc...) for all photographs.

Level 2 Digital Photography Session:

 

Our Level 2 digital photograph session will provide additional time and resources to enhance the production and presentation of the property photographs.

 

 

Level 2 One Hour session includes the following:

 

• On-Site Consultation with Photographer & Agent (and home owner as necessary)

• Raw image format photography to capture the full color & beauty of the location.

• 25 Interior & Exterior shots (i.e., Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Living Room, Fireplace, Pool/Jacuzzi, Garage etc...)

• Full Array of Canon SLR Photographic Equipment to photograph the property.

• Remote Flash lighting units to help soften shadows and enhance the exposure of your photos.

• Multiple Bracketed Photograph exposures and post-process photo merging to optimize your photos.

• High Resolution images (1200x1800 pixels)

• Web Resolution Images (72 ppi)

• Basic digital imaging editing (cropping, color adjustment, leveling, brightness/contrast adjustments, etc...) for all photographs.

• Enhanced digital imaging editing (Basic object removal, Cloning, cropping, color enhancement/adjustment,

Our Level 3 digital photograph session will provide a full array of resources and time to create the optimum presentation of the property photographs.

 

 

Level 3 Four Hour session includes the following:

 

• On-Site Consultation with Photographer & Agent (and home owner as necessary). This session can be scheduled to provide day, twilight and night photographs of the property with the allocated time frame.

• Raw image format photography to capture the full color & beauty of the location.

• 35 Interior & Exterior shots (i.e., Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Living Room, Fireplace, Pool/Jacuzzi, Garage etc...).

• Full Array of Canon SLR Photographic Equipment to photograph the property.
