1. HOW DO I ORDER? TOP
 

All you need to do is decide on a card design. If you see a birthday card that you like but want to change it to a thank you card, then we can do that! Please be sure to indicate which card design and the text you wish you to include.

Then you choose the type of paper/card you would like.

After check-out you  will be instructed to a page for uploading images.

Images may be e-mailed to customerservice@eriksoto.com

We do ca touch-ups on all photos that need them. This includes color enhancement, removal of objects in back ground, red eye, etc. If you would like one of the image sin black and white, please indicate which one. This done at no additional charge!

 



 

 2. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SEND MY PICTURES? TOP


After purchase, you will see a link for uploading or e-mailing your images.

 



 

3. CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR, FONT, SIZE AND NUMBER OF PHOTOS?  TOP
 

Of Course! Just tell up which details you want changed, or call us after ordering and we can help you with these details.

 


 

4. HOW LONG BEFORE I GET A DIGITAL PROOF? TOP
 

Digital Proof: within 3-4 business days you will receive your first proof. If you do not receive this digital proof, please be sure to check your bulk mail box. If for any reason you o not receive your proof, please e-mail or call.


 

5. WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO CHANGE ON MY PROOF? TOP
 

You are allowed to make any changes you would like including text, colors or images. You receive two digital proofs total. All editing to proofs is applicable on orders of 30 or more.
 


 

6. HOW ARE MY CARDS SHIPPED?  TOP


All of our orders
ship a priority envelope/box. Priority shipping is 2-3 days. Express or overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. We highly recommend getting the insurance, as we are not responsible for orders that do not get to you due to being lost in the mail.

 



 

7. CAN I USE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS FROM ANOTHER PHOTOGRAPHER/STUDIO?  TOP
 

If providing professional images from another photographer or studio, full written permission MUST be provided prior to order. Erik R. Soto Photography is not responsible for any copyright issues.
 


 

 8. CAN I CHANGE A DESIGN TO BE ANOTHER OCCASION? TOP
 

Of course! All of our card design can be substitutable. Simply mention the card design and text you would like changed.

 



 

 

9. WHAT FINISH OPTIONS DO I HAVE? TOP


All cards come in either matte or glossy. Just be sure to mention which you would like. If no choice is made, matte will be the default.

 



 

 

10. CAN YOU HELP DECIDING ON WHICH PHOTOS TO USE ON MY CARD? TOP


YES! Just e-mail over the images you are considering and we can call or e-mail you with our recommendations. Since we are a full service photography company, we are always willing to give advice on photographs.
